Supporting Your Integration
Allow yourself a moment to really absorb the present and spend some quality time with yourself. During this time, you can try out the following activities:
End old routines, habits, and unhealthy behaviors.
Make a resolution to shake up your routine: go for hikes, try yoga, add more veggies or fruit, or even cut out unhealthy snacks. Whether it's small or big changes, you're invigorated by the possibility of improvement after this journey.
Reach out to your close friends and family for emotional support. However, don't forget to spend some time alone doing some self-reflection too. Talking about the experience can alter our recollections of it, so it's important to be mindful before discussing it with others.
Connecting with a spiritual leader, life coach, church leader or joining an integration circle could be incredibly beneficial to you.
Make sure to set up a counseling appointment after your infusion to help you work through anything that may have come up. It's important to take time and address these issues with an expert in their field.
